The name Apeiro is derived from Greek and means infinite. The kitchen and bar restaurant was launched in January 2015 and offers a happy hour, dinner, lunch, and brunch. Apeiro Kitchen and Bar Restaurant takes you through an excellent Mediterranean journey from Greece to Italy and Morocco to Spain. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am to 10 pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 11 pm, and on Sundays from 11:30 am to 9 pm. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 am to 4 pm, while the happy hour is offered every day from 3 pm to 6:30 pm. The building is located right next door to Monterey Financial.
Brunch

The smoked salmon flatbread features poppy and sesame seeds, roasted tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, and dill cream cheese. Another excellent brunch selection is the Italian eggs benedict which goes for $13 and features focaccia, hollandaise, prosciutto sausage, red wine-poached eggs, and crispy potato.
Nothing beats a well-made pancake for brunch, and the buttermilk pancakes do not disappoint. The buttermilk pancakes contained honey-whipped butter, and maple syrup and are served in threes. If you prefer to indulge in a french toast, the challah french toast featuring hot maple glaze and baked apple is for you. The bagel and lox selection is to die for. At $14, this selection is a bargain featuring an excellent combination of crispy potato, dill cream cheese, pickled cucumber, bacon, and smoked salmon. Steaks and eggs are among the popular brunch selections at Apeiro Kitchen and Bar Restaurant and feature basil pesto, 6 oz. NY strip, two eggs made in a style of your choice, and crispy potato.
